Baptisms also take place throughout the year at All Saints. Many people bring their children to be baptised/christened as infants, some come much later in life. There is no age limit to baptism. However, teenagers and adults will normally be prepared for Confirmation at the same time as baptism.
As the person to be baptised is entering the family of the Church, baptisms at All Saints take place in the main Sunday service – so that the local family of the Church is present to welcome its new member. Again, please contact the Vicar if you wish baptism for yourself or your child – he will be only too pleased to help you.
More information on Baptism can be found on the Church of England Website.
